Reasons for fasting for prayer

Fasting and prayer brings about unusual success in life such as; healing, marriage, breakthrough, job, and overcoming nightmares. You can increase the results of your fasting by listening to, preaching, or studying the word of God. Also, the act of donation and charity during or immediately following is impactful for affecting changes. The Spirit of God guides me to give fasting and prayer when I converse with you.

 

 

The importance of fasting and prayer:

1. Fasting is the strongest sign of humility before God.

2.Fasting is the fastest way to build up your anointing (power). The more you fast the more the anointing. It also renews your anointing.

3. Fasting disciplines the flesh and it's carnal desires.

4. Fasting sharpens your inner self. It enables you to be very sensitive in the spirit.

5. Fasting enables content of your inner self to be released upon the generation. You become a blessing to the generation at large.

6. Fasting kills pride and wickedness.

7. Fasting is a law of faith, it will increase your faith in God.

8. Fasting can destroy many diseases in the body.

9. Fasting quickens your spiritual ears, opens your spiritual eyes, and elevating you spiritually.

10. Fasting can help control menstrual flows.

11. Fasting provokes peace of mind and assurance of victory to battles of life.

12. Fasting can help heal obesity and diabetes.

13. Fasting breaks bad habits such as smoking, anger, drunkeness, lies, and other sinful behaviors.

14. Fasting gives you uncommon laughter and joy.

15. Fasting takes you to the next level of life.

The best time to start your fast is on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.

Prayer should occur at 9am, 12noon, 3pm, and 6pm - these are the covenant hours of prayer.
